hmm, that's weird I just noticed something.

FAJAR -

the group recently started resuming share buybacks. Last time it was done was back in late March.

#1 - why resume now when the price has moved up? price support?
#2 - is something cooking in the pot?


anyone got any idea?

haha fajar is a well known laggard. but just really curious as to why they're resuming share buyback just when prices started drifting up.

you're comparing Fajar to Kenmark?

fajar's accounts are a million times more realistic than kenmark's.

share cap reduction, imo has some serious effects on the account books. either it's provisioning for a future reduction in assets / or a greater increase in liability.

plus, if TdC was acquiring more assets, that means a reduction in share cap might be provisioning for a possible significant increase in liabilities.

i agree with ur views on top of the effects it has on the accounts.
either way its not a good signal when a company does that.

haha, i got no idea why that's happening. is like everyone's queueing to buy but no one's actually buying

it's ok i used to get very tense and nervous whenever markets turn against me.

always have confidence in your choices. pull out the speculative ones if you feel they've run out of steam.

whew, looks like today scared away some of the speculators.

personally, i think correction's gonna end soon. judging from several individual stock charts i'm looking at now plus the KLCI chart. the technicals (timeframe, 30d SMA, previous 2 fibo retracements, stochastic, OBV divergence) also indicate it might have found a bottom.

anybody notice after opening few days after raya the CI went berserk? might do the same on thursday.

in any case, for me the shopping spree clock ticking liao
