I would like to renovate my condo which is 625 sqft.

- Plaster ceiling with downlights for whole place.
- Double railing for the curtains.
- Bedroom wardrobe.
- Kitchen - cabinets & a cabinet (ceiling high) facing towards the hall as a wall / border to seperate the kitchen and hall

I already know what is the design I want for my kitchen actually. I just need it to be drawn and confirmed. I have a rough plan done by the internal designer however she seem to not have any interest and still drew wrongly not according to what I've told her. So I want to find out if anyone else could do the renovation for me by giving me the quote and timeline of completion.

How much would each cost?

1) Can't mention what design. Plaster ceiling is plaster ceiling. The person who is suppose to do it can suggest the design or something. As for the wardrobe, whoever who wants to do it can ask me what is the design I want so that I can show them.

2) The material of course I have to look at the books. I'm not a renovator. If I am I might as well do myself. So whoever who is interested can please give me the materials you have at the quotes as well.

3) The size as per mentioned is 625 sqft. Are you blind?

Well, i think nchanhg only mean when you asking for "How much would each cost?" but when there is no design and no material ideal, there will be a big price range diff.

I don't. I actually need the contractor / renovator.

I've got a rough floor plan and I want to use brown mieco material for all the cabinets in the kitchen and the wardrobe in the bedroom. I also want the quotation for a solid top and a laminated top to compare. I'm just a consumer not the renovator so the renovator shud really be suggesting.
