Need some help here frm MSI reps:

Im running two msi gtx560 ti TF2 in my setup and recently I noticed that one of the cards (top 1) cooler fan is making a rattling noise during fresh cold boot up. The noise lasts for about mayb 3 -5 mins and then goes away. The card is about 4 months old. So the thing i wanna ask is:

1. Should i rma ? If yes, how long does the rma take for SUCH problems?
2. Is ther a solution whre i can fix it myself?
