Go to your MSI Afterburner's directory.
Go find the MSIAfterburner.cfx. Open it as notepad and change the EnableUnofficialOverclocking to 1. It used to be 0 as it's default. Save it.
Restart your MSI Afterburner. It should unlock everything already.
