Anyone got MSI official support email? I wanna screw them.
I want to update bios, but I cant DL the bios file because it force me to use Live update 5 to get bios update, and Live update 5 ONLY SUPPORT WINDOWS. my PC is on LINUX, this is soooo F* retarded. Wanna screw them I want that bios file! |

Hi,
I just brought a MSI Z87-GD65-Gaming Motherboard, i notice few problem about this mobo. 1) Run with a Plextor M5S SSd i got very lagg after pc turn on for few hours. 2) Run with WD Sata Harddisk i got Hang after few hours. 3) Try to update the latest Qualcomm Killer Network driver using Live Update, it cant be update cos keep on pop up an error to ask uninstalled the old driver. But after i uninstalled the old driver still cannot. LoL. Now im trying to find out wat problem with my new combination. Seems not so smooth.  If motherboard problem do MSI provide 1 to 1 exchange.? |

im using msi bing bang xpower... can we oc by just press OC genie button as simple as that???

I have MSI Z87-G45 running on windows 7 and I have 2 major problems;
1. USB ports all unstable. Devices always disconnect and reconnect by itself. Very annoying when gaming (keyboard/mouse will stop functioning for a few seconds) and transferring many/big files to external hard disk. 2. Network connection unstable, sometimes certain websites will not load at all. Very erratic. Sometimes can sometimes cannot. I hope MSI will have a fix for these problems because it is not what I expect from modern day motherboards at this price. |

Just a question, I am using X79A-GD45.
Im looking to upgrade my cooler, currently on cooler master X6 this thing is too big blocking my first GPU PCIE slot so i have to use second slot. Another thing is the block is too low, causing me to adjust the fan further up because it's hitting the RAM. I am currently looking at THERMALRIGHT SILVER ARROW cooler, or the noctua nh-d14. Will this fit or do the same thing blocking my access to the pcie-first slot? Anyone using this setup? |

Hi, I've got a question for the MSI MY rep, I'm planning to purchase the MSI GX60 laptop and I was wondering whether it was true that the HDD/RAM bays could not be removed without voiding warranty? So this means in the event that I wanted to install a new HDD/SSD or RAM I need to get it done via MSI Service Center?

After 2years+, finally my P67A GD65 mobo committed suicide. It stuck in endless restart loop (ON about 5 second then restart; not even entering the POST screen). I sent it to a PC shop and they confirmed the mobo is problem.
MSI-MY can I RMA through you or the reseller? |
