as long as the machine is modded , the chances to get banned also very high

Simple, because they just want to play a few of games that has good multiplayer mode. not all of the games

well news for ts..ban hammer will oso come if the console modded regardless if using ori game or not..as long as the console modded = ban hammer..

but lots of people do play online using modded console, so i guess it depends on luck and hope the next ban wave m$ will miss their console..

ps: all of my friend list never go online after the last ban hammer, i wonder why

out of curiosity i heard that the new update for kinect bans some games like fable 3 so if i buy original for fable 3 and play it on the modded xbox shud be fine right?

its simple, you had modded console > update to new Kinect Dashboard with AP2.5 > oh this system is modded, trigger Game with AP2.5 = 0 (disable) > Buy ori game with AP2.5 > press Play (detecting AP2.5 = 0) so game start = 0

basicaly i think, the moment the Kinect Dashboard is there it will flag the system even if its offline
