ok, here's my story ... yesterday i just received a package from amiami.. which was sent on 6th jan ... 26th only received...
usually for SAL registered or unregistered, delivery period is the same ... only difference is the tracking ...
and yes, i was worried also and wanted to email them... but i didnt since i notice from their shipment notice they have this

unlikely i received the package so late like that.. 20days? always i received around 10th-12th days  ..
even my order from mandarake, shipped on the same date, i received on 14 .. SAL unregistered

so what can i say here, dont worry ... probably there's something that made it late .. maybe pos malaysia sorting the what's more priority...

yeah, refrain from asking them for it ... else, they would stop their SAL unregistered service ... and maybe blacklist you from their buyer list... hehehehe

I'm sure you've bought stuff from XL before. I have, and I like their service, but if you're claiming that XL items are sold at the Japanese SRP, you're bonkers.

You should also note that it has happened to me before, where XL charged me more than the preorder price when picking up the items. Its understandable, what with currency exchange rates etc.
