the "Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner" kinda new ... i think now anything comes from oversea will be strictly examine for the value and contents ... since KPDN already stated that toys now need to have approval of safety for children or something ...
for "Retention", it was there long time ago already ... something like they made the delivery, but nobody at home ... so they gonna make another delivery the next business day .. ^^
