Let's see. Her twin tails are heavy, but the supports given are only 2 small translucent sticks. Since the twin tails are heavy and don't fit very well, one of them warped slightly over time, and hence it no longer balances well. The support itself also bent to one side over time.

It's probably hard to imagine, but if you look at the promotional photos compared mine (at the time) you'd notice that the twintail at the back sagged until it was below the level of her hand.

It looked fine if you don't touch it, but after a few weeks it would sag again.

Eventually, one day when I was cleaning her/trying to reposition her, I managed to snap off the two pegs that support her feet. Ironically, breaking her pegs actually fixed the balance and sagging issue..

I understand it's quite a common issue, so your never unboxing her was probably a good decision

I certainly hope it wont, but Luka's pose seems to be quite stable. I'm just worried about the base - will they try to make a matching (read: equally problematic) base to Tony's Miku..?

Well..yeah? You can eat a decent meal for around 1000JPY or even less(may not apply to large cities in JP), so just take 100JPY to be like 1MYR.

Which is why even Bluray sets at 28kJPY* will sell reasonably well - it's only a lot to gaijin like us who must put up with strong JPY + weak MYR.

^ Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's because of currency? The prices of fast food usually co-relate to the strength of the currency, e.g. a Big Mac in US costs around 3USD, while one here would cost RM7.

Since JPY is strong, is not that food is super cheap, is more like their money is big..? (I'm not really sure how these financial things work lol)

Try checking the code next to it? The kastams office and the poslaju office usually have different codes.

The code in the 4th column of the tracking. For mine it's MY9314 > MY9345. I think it refers to the code each post office has. It reminds me of postcode though lol.

I get the "delivery attempt failed" on poslaju tracking only, for JP's tracking I normally get a string of "Retention"

^^^ Exactly, hence the need to somehow avoid kastams. It's kinda frustrating to get caught by them when you package is just slightly over RM500..

I estimate that the shipping'll be 3500JPY so no matter where you get it, even with shipping discounts it's still gonna be over Rm500.

Koto is very hit or miss lol. if you are very fussy (like me hahahah) about the sharpness of the sculpting and clean painting, I don't recommend them.

However they tend to make more scales from different shows..so sometimes if you really like a character you don't have much of a choice

The prototype is, I agree, but knowing Koto, the final product might vary..quite a lot.

You could sit and wait I suppose, but if it sells out you will cry manly tears ;D

snorts I dont think GSC cares about "dropping the value" at all. The people who whine are people who are trying to goreng others with those ridiculous prices.

Uggghhh I'm completely on the fence about Suzuha. She looks great, has a lovely pose (and bike!!) and it's by Alter to boot but for some reason it...just...doesnt...appeal to me.
