but since i can only get TOMICA cars there, no choice ... and AMIAMI always, i repeat.. always sold out faster and hardly restock ...

the custom probably already opened your box.. hence the item restriction status, they found out the sexy figure inside ...
or,
there's something on the form may hav been declared that triggered the retention ..

usually only custom can open your package without needing your permission ... if your package already at collection counter @ post office .. the staff there may ask you to open the box for them ..

not sure though if you can just pay without them to see what's inside ... since open or not, you still need to pay the tax ... makes no difference .. but if you scared your package to damage, you yourself open it up in front of them ..

can the post office.. the tracking is on their system now ..
then ask what to do next..
