Okay , here's the thing.

I'm selling one of my used Ps3 games for RM60 ( It's a small amount i know )
I've received the money through cash-deposit by the buyer.

So I sent the package via pos express and the address the buyer gave me was his place of work ( a Hospital address ).
When I tracked the postage ; the postage is already been sent. But the buyer claims he hasn't receive.

I gave a call to the service-line for pos-express to double confirm , and they asked me to tell the receiver to check with his mail department since it's a government hospital.

I told the buyer to checked with his mail department but there was no reply.
In fact ; he only reply me when I asked him whether he has receive the postage or not : simple reply , just " Haven't , maybe Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday"
It seems that he's not really concerned about it. ( I'm the one who's concerned instead ). It's like I sms him 3-4 msg , only he reply once with the "Haven't receive" reply. I still have those msg-es in my phone though and he's also a pure new member in this forum when I checked his profile. No post at all.

What should I do now ?
I've been following up with him every single day after I posted the postage since last Sunday. But he seems " tidak apa " attitude ; and shows no sense of urgency and I don't even know if he checked his mail department or not.

Should I just wait till he says he received the postage or what ? Cause the postage has been sent since Tuesday ; and he should already have it. Asked him to check out ; no replies....and left me hanging thinking where did the postage go.

that person is malas..well u already deliver and got tracking number..as said by the post department have to check with his mail department...is he didnt go check and malas its not your problem..lol why post at hospital not home..

But what if he comes back and complain about the postage not recieve ?
Or maybe it's might fault that I should use Pos Laju instead of Pos Express since Pos Laju would need to reciever to sign ?

you did your part and sent it..already conform with post office..they already deliver...

if he complaint..you already asked him and multiple conform with postage..oh well just ignore..next time used pos laju..much better coz u need to sign..

poslaju no need receiver to sign since anyone that receive the poslaju pack will sign and put his/her IC number there~ if the buyer like "endah tak endah", that's mean he already receive the item~ if he bising2, why now? why not yesterday, 2 days ago~

Haihz , i also dunno him la ; but it seems that I'm the one finding him instead of him finding me.
But if he didn't get his postage , and if he's innocent in some way ; I'll feel bad also la , since he paid and didn't receive his postage.

maybe the item with his superior? no? did he reply yet that he still didn't receive the item? no?

so, just assume he already received it

Just that somehow I msg him no reply , but the previous reply was ; not yet receive.
Anyhow , I think I'll leave it for now ; since he's not worry so I shouldn't =).

Are u using pos express@pos laju? Coz if u use pos express the mailman will just put the parcel in the mail box & not directly to the receiver & as the buyer is using hospital address so chances the item will be lost@stolen is high. If the buyer never requested u to use poslaju & insist on using hospital address then it's not ur concern anymore since the item has been delivered to the designated address.
