Getting Started

Hi,
My LG LCD TV has 1 stuck pixel and it is less than 1 week old. The pixel stuck in green color.
Any one knows the LG Dead Pixel policy ? I have called LG and lodge a report, yet no one call me till now.
Anyone experience this kind of issue before ?
Thanks for all advises.

Try and do a little rubbing in using your fingers...but not to hard!! and be careful of your fingernails.

dead and stuck pixel is two different things eh. search in google for stuck pixel bro, i remembered somewhere u can dl some video or software that can alter the colors and hopefully the thing will go bck to normal. if it's only a few days, i'd ask the seller if i can do a 1 to 1 swap or not first.

Trouble is, it happened after a week.... Dead Pixel story you will never win even if handphone...i remembered last time I bought a XDA2 using the mail....come oledi have dead pixel...send it back to service center...they say 1 pixel they dun care...but I insisted...so they took it and gave we back a few weeks later with the same dead pixel + scratches on the casing I also remembered a someone who bought those apple lappy which cost a shell load of money and had dead pixels...also...they dun care due to the policy.

Well, think about it. At normal viewing distance, its highly unlikely you will notice the dead/stuck pixel.
The chances of having the TV replaced is slim considering you only have 1 defective pixel.
