And i really need guidence from u guys.
My daily diet:
Breakfeast-nothing
Brunch-burger and two cups of wedges(with extra mayo)
Another small lunch around 5pm-rice with curry
Dinner around 9-junk foods(hotdogs or maggi)
I tried changing my lifestyle,but i fail everytime i try.i ready to face anything.with your knowledge and my hardwork,i am confident that i can loose all this fats.i can email my pics if u want .please.
