u already knew u hv the worst diet...u already knew u need to do something...dont wait untill u go for by-pass operation..
1. Make short term then long term goal
Short term
I want to take breakfast today(full breakfast) / i want to skip escalator /lift
Long term
Drop 3-4KG in a month..if u eat half wat u eat now, im sure will drop at the end of the month..i do!!I bought Levis jeans RM245 size 34(mine size 36) and i have to slim down to wear it..$$ doesnt come easy bah..so i achieved it in a month..
2. More exercise
Just do fast walk or parked ur car far from school/office..
3. Register urself at bodybuilding.com under bodyspace...
