If you see the master plan on Bukit Puchong 2, there is a Taylor's High School under construction, bungalow/semi-D & commercial center will in the future plan of Bukit Hitam. Yes, it might be take 3-5 years to develop.
For traffic issue, yes.. it might be a major problem for everyone. Yet, still have a lot of people staying far from working place. 1 of my friend stay in Setia Alam, work at Sg. Buloh. Every morning / evening is jam everywhere, families will wake up at 6am or even early. Single, maybe always rushing hour... kekeke..
Anyway, decision still on your hand!
