QUOTE(jujx @ Nov 11 2010, 03:48 PM) if you rename to update.zip, then choose apply update.zip if you don't rename, then select choose zip from SD Isn't that simple and clear? load and clear... i always tot update.zip is diff way of updating. btw, to flash this kernal, any pre-requisites? i have no tweak nor lag fix on.. only BLN(old version)

QUOTE(sengasdf @ Nov 15 2010, 01:06 PM) Check CPU usage with Android System Info app, found out 2 processes of Launcher pro is running 100%... but Total CPU usage was not 100%, only 20-30%... i'm using 8.1.1 as well. Doc's 7.6.1 rom, batter drain fast, fully charge 100%, after less than 1 hour, drop to 96% 95%

QUOTE(Crossover @ Nov 22 2010, 01:59 PM) that must be something not right dude. mine background data ON autosync ON 2G APN off because i m on wifi v8.0.1 tweaked IO and VM no RFS ext4 YA-OK v1.3 (build 30) U may need to check ur running apps setting>application>running apps i got this massive drain when change to v8.0.1, then i checked my whatsapp is running all time, so i tapped and stop it. this will come back when i reboot the phone. There is no option from whatsapp to stop it at boot. Someone also felt that the stock kernel may be a batt sucker, but not on Ya-OK. your BATT is GODLIKE... @crossover mine run down 20% in 6 hours... -.-" I have few widgets running, launcher pro friends widget, 2 home screen. wifi off auto sync off
