i must say..... i happy with this rom so far.........
they are improvement on the speed and i could feel it, okay okay so maybe need as good as voodoo and such, but compare to the other froyo out there, this is the top roms so far. i could batch restore and still do other things like browsing, flash kinda choppy, but i retry after the batch restore later. JPD is the worst in term of speed as it lag even after fresh install. JPA second, cause it lag when i batch restore from titanium DXJPA the best so far..........little stuttering.... no pulling my hair experience yet |

QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Nov 20 2010, 01:42 PM) my gps seem to be worse than before update..now it could not even detect the position..is there any settings to change? do this, restart the phone first, use wireless assist, let it get your initial position, let it lock for about 40sec or a minute, turn off, restartnow i can even get a lock when indoors, |

QUOTE(lch78 @ Nov 20 2010, 02:58 PM) GPS working for me. First time initialize Papago, can lock within 5 sec in my car. Navigation is ok. Not sure where the sensor aiding function is helping. Gallery seems faster than before. what you mean by ape??Here are some screen shots of my SGS just updated Froyo: [attachmentid=1895033] Samsung tries to ape LauncherPro. At least now they are innovating now due to competition. [attachmentid=1895036] Nothing much changes on the inside. The telephony function now can do sms as well. [attachmentid=1895037] Updated to flash 10.1 but better to disable it or put on demand coz using it will be laggy at some website. |

QUOTE(adizul @ Nov 20 2010, 11:10 PM) After upgrading to Froyo i managed to lose all my contacts. I have them saved in Kies as a .spb file. try contact > menu > display optionI can connect to Kies, use the contacts widget and instruct kies to transfer contacts to device. It says it has moved them, and when checking on Kies, the numbers seem to be on the device, but when checking on the phone, they are not there. How do i get the info in the .spb file to appear on the phone?? Any help most appreciated. |
