QUOTE(lch78 @ Nov 15 2010, 12:01 PM) The latest update of LaucherPro is sucking battery big time. Ver 0.8.1.1 I check & monitor and found that it is using CPU power alot.. It was fine previously, only using 2% of full charge before now. Now, I find that it is using 15% of my full charge Check CPU usage with Android System Info app, found out 2 processes of Launcher pro is running 100%... but Total CPU usage was not 100%, only 20-30%...

QUOTE(four_add @ Nov 15 2010, 01:15 PM) really? Im using it too.. but first time using this LauncherPro, dunno if it sucks too much battery life than previous version. You can check batt status in settings. And in my batt history I find that partialwakelock is never sleep. So I restarted LauncherPro and now it seems fine. Not sure what causing the battery drain. Just my observation and findings. QUOTE(xedi @ Nov 15 2010, 10:50 AM) So that's mean using 32 ohms also no problem?? right?? will it make phone suffer?? Any impedance also okay with SGS. I religiously use a 64ohm headphone on SGS. I tested that it can still produce acceptable volume range up to 250 ohm headphone. Higher than that, I'm afraid the max volume isn't loud enough. However, be prepared to bring extra battery.

These 2 process is listed as "android.process.acore". When I expand, the status is "background" and package is "com.fede.launcher"Is it the same thing we are talking about here?

Looks like LP is the problem from what I gather. http://www.launcherpro.com/forum/viewtopic...2&hilit=battery
