i flash back to jg4 but kies say is latest... why? =.=
*
maybe cause your product code is different

try this: *#272*XXXX#

xxxx = the time such as = 0329 = 3.29 am

the pick XME as and click install

im not sure of this method but just try it you know.

if you still got problem give me a pm. i try to give you an alternative why

what about Captivate?my fren recommend me about it...far worthy than sgs.
*
one thing you should remember when buying phone, any phone is the support, and lets face it, any phone become great with support from developers, the user, than the company that build it.

check xda just how much developers support for captivate. if you think the support is great then go for it.

sorry, it say this device can't be update.. and list jg4 for the latest firmware
*
so still get that after changing the code?

one method is to:

install this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835628

open kies, plug phone, open app,

change the detail in box to:

software:I9000DXJG4/I9000OLBJG4/I9000DXJG4/I9000DXJG4
product code: GT-I9000HKAXME

other leave it as it is

press write registry, then in kies click update firmware again.

method two:

download from samfirmware, and use odin, end
