ok guys... suddenly manage to update to froyo with kies... but after reboot... my phone stuck at S logo..... how to fix this

after update to froyo, i install launcherpro plus (paid version) but very lag for me.. especially donwnload any application from market...

now back to twlauncher

same as me. now every few minute it vibrates

yeah... its just slow abit... but actually.. its super slow.....

i can confirm this one No more double tape to fit in the width..yes..and i find it ANNOYING..why do they have to change it? i like reading it in close up and text fits nicely..argghh

Most likely, your phone will get stuck booting at the "glowing S logo". This is normal - it is because your phone has a mixture of the old and new firmware data.

To fix this, you need to Clear Data by accessing the Recovery Menu:

- Shutdown your phone and unplug it from the power or USB.
- Boot into Recovery Mode: Press and hold Volume-Up + Home + Power. You have to let go of the power button after about 3 seconds once you see the "Galaxy S" screen.

If you are successful, you will see the Recovery Menu.
Choose "Wipe Data / Factory Reset".
Reboot after it's done.

nope. i can't get into the recovery mode. still stuck in the S logo screen.

Do you mean in browser? Mine still does double tap wraps texts to fit screen. Even better than Eclair.

go into the browser setting and tick auto fit pages

=.=, just open the back and take out the battery........... I do that the day I update it to froyo, after that the phone boot up normally.

Froyo is officially out today...for those that doesn't know

, ppl are updating it via Kies since last Friday.......

Connect your USB cable via PC. When the charge battery indicator showing, try the 3-button recovery again. If you don't see the charging battery. Send it back to Samsung for warranty claim.
