As per topic, is there anyway for my galaxy tab to share files out to my pc and let my pc copy it (through wireless methods.. not removing the SD card n plugging it into my sd card reader) ? I tried sending the files from galaxy tab to my computer via bluetooth but the sending failed.

Actually the simplest way to transfer file is to use the usb cable, it is very convenient and fast. If you want wireless method, the best is dropbox and it is very convenient for small files as large files done the wireless method is very slow and not worth the wait.
