400 is a bit exp IMO
no harm try to sell at that price in garage sale

why there aren't any cafe/kopitiam/restaurant with gaming??

where u can makan-minum while gaming

feels like wanna quit me job and open up one gamer's cafe

conflicting licenses?
i tot u only need kopitiam/cafe license nia

dun intend to charge them for gaming, as the service is free if you spend a certain amount

sticky controller can charge the patron for cleaning charge
can be cleaned up easily mah...

also can be used as a venue for game launching, gathering & etc

and maybe weekly friday night mini tournament

i guess it's due to no guideline for the loudness of the speakers, and back here in S'wak it's a totally diff situation

the main mosque (biggest in Kch city center) is just 100m from my dad's shop, where i went there almost everyday when i was small, and I don't recall it being loud during azan
drove past a few smaller community mosque and surau also with my car window down, their azan volume also not loud
but I get a shock when i first arrived in KL many years ago, walk past a small mosque in a local u, and the azan from the speaker are ear deafening... later i find out they broadcast the ceramah thru the speakers at the highest volume also.
Few more years down the road, moved to stay at ampang, another small mosque just a few hundred meter away from my apartment. and everyday I'm sure got woke up by the early morning super duper loud azan call... and night time... i can listen to their ceramah clearly in my room, even i'm still blasting my creative cambridge speakers
stayed there for 6 months and i still can't get used to the super loud speakers
Now back in Kuching, no such issues here, no one complaints about the mosque azan, church bells, temple smokes & etc
Back here I can eat my kolomee with pork charsiew with my malay colleague having her nasi lemak across the same table.
If I do that in KL? most likely I'll kena complain kau-kau

and why is there so much racial/religion tension in west M'sia?
is it due to a certain political party? where you always see their "champion" to add oil & fire to a petty issue?
