Hi there macross fans, I bought these two plamos either out of curiosity or just plain bored with gundam last month.
Been really bored with gundams so I think it's a break that I really need.
Not really a macross fans but a fan of mechas nonetheless.
So lets start, shall we? alrite~

Bought 2 types which fighter and battroid. First I bought the fighter.
After I read the manual, I found out the parts can be combined with the battroid to form the gerwalk version.
Then I compelled to buy the battroid altogether. Meanwhile a zaku f2 peeks over..

6 to 7 runners each in the box, suprisingly the level of skill needed to complete this plamos is higher than the gundams itself.
Some part needed to be completely painted over. And it uses water decals.
Completely overestimated this kit. Seen here already bare cut.

Some parts preparing to be airbrushed, masking tape and all.

Battroid's knees after airbrushing.

A complete and on display VF-1A Fighter production type.

Gerwalk version, combining parts from fighter and battroid.

Battroid and fighter version.
Kit review.
Pros - Looks cooler than transformable? I think? I dunno, opinion pls macross fans?
Cons - Expensive, yes pricey~ compare to gunpla models rate.
Suprisingly high level of modeling required (color parts painting, panel lining, airbrushing, water decal)
You wins this time wave..
The end, sorry no potato this time~
