Just use TAMIYA extra-thin cement or something like it. I'm also doing the same model kit now except it's the 1s focker version which supposingly has fixed "some issues" with the a/s version.

Yeah know there are so much bashing on the kit being sloppy n all n that's why I'm glueing every snap-fit portion anyway. Curious to have one version that has those leg panels tongue.gif

Without tightening the fitting by those small panels just fall or go flying everywhere upon transformation. Still in progress though....

sorry man, never finished that one
really hard to assemble
guess macross/robotech will forever be as a memory only  sad.gif

Ouch that's too bad.
It is indeed really hard to assemble this kit. Lots of small tiny parts and extreme high level is required unlike Gunplas.
Hope you'll find love to finish it in the future.... biggrin.gif

What about using normal super glue, will it work? I jz finished the leg parts and it's so damn tiny and detailed.
It took me 1.5 hours to assemble the fingers and palm part that day sweat.gif

well depends on user. some don't like swapping tiny part (and I mean a lot swapping part) to transform and price is expensive. It's a bandai seem to abandon this series line production into HiMetal version.

it's ok, cos thr's no vf-25 in 1/100 scale. Not nice to transform with due to part-changing. Posing is hard cos it's weak and loose.

though many people not liking yf19a, I`m still impressed they way bandai make the tiny wing at the cockpit flippable instead of pull and put back as per arcadias' hmm.gif (I THINK SO, from that close up picture)

but yeah.. comparing arcadia yf19 and bandai vf29, arcadia plastic kinda feels very solid. rclxms.gif
guess I`m gonna get it to so that can display those 3 in different mode thumbup.gif
