We don't even know the R1 and R2 dates yet, so don't hold your breath for an answer

R2 for me.

I've never noticed it being much more expensive than other regions. In fact, its been cheaper on several occasions.

Besides, I don't think that GT5 will have, or indeed need, DLC.

I get R2 games because I feel R3 game cases are of inferior quality, which has led to several of my games cracking.

Does a region lock make that much of a difference? Sure you won't be able to play with people in Asia if you have an R3 copy, but you'll still be able to play with people in Europe or the Americas.

Sorry, thats what I meant . If you get a R1 or R2 copy you won't be able to play with people in Asia, but you'll still be able to play online with people in the Americas or Europe.

hahaha, to be honest I'm happy that the game is finally shipping. Still can't believe its ACTUALLY COMING OUT .

Its probably best I don't get it right away as I'm very busy right now. Still, I have a feeling I'm going to end up buying a malayian copy as I won't be able to wait XD.

Funny, my G25 specifically stated in documentation that it was suitable for use with the PlayStation 3

There's lots of wheels which don't have PS3 bundles though. I'm just saying that there's nothing wrong using G series wheels on consoles. They were designed with consoles, as well as computers, in mind.
