Hi, I bought this glutamine from supplement store. can i know how much i need to take each day? the instruction only states best taken with meals, after workout and before sleep. but it doesn't state how many times i need to take each day. by the way, supplement fact there states serving size is 1 scoop which is 5g ( which contain 5g of L-glutamine).
