Not Block C... it's not the service apartment side.. more to the Condo side.

Btw, nowadays, 540k unable to get landed property in PJ area ady... I'm searching for one... and all is priced around 650k to 900k... and those 650k to 800k range.. looks like want to collapse type... sigh...

prices of house in Putra heights also very expensive leh... rm650k!!!! for a house in putra heights.. cant believe it. a year ago, it was only 480k...
