installer came to install new decoder yesterday. Normal answer " activation between 2 days -7 days.
Today called astro customer service..they ask my contact and will call me up if anything goes right. I don't no how long I have to wait.. J ust 7 hours new decoder installed , another installer called ask to make an appointment for astro beyond decoder...blurr..double request .. |

thanks to lapaq for helping me on activation process
i received few calls for astro rep . They trying hard to solve my problem System already activated by this evening by my screen still blank..I can change channel number but nothing on screen. But when I removed the smart card , i can hear the sound from the channel stated |

Finally , I can watch astro this morning..
