got my astro upgraded to b.yond on 18/12 and activated on 20/12 after many long and nasty calls to cs.
just 1 quick question for those who can help. everytime i power up the decoder, it always go back to channel 101. is it supposed to be like that or is there something wrong with my decoder? thanks. |

my newly installed astro b.yond decoder is leaking current and the source is the power adapter when tested with a test pen.
is this normal? is the output of the power adapter ac or dc? |
