hi all the byonders.. i have 1 enquiry..
the technician just installed astro beyond in my house (upgraded from normal astro) last night around 8pm..
problem is, at the moment i still cannot watch any program.. it says 'Please insert correct astro smart card or contact customer service'..
the technician already contact astro for activation but I still cannot watch anything..pls help
edit: btw i'm using the astro beyond smart card, and the card number is tally with the box
