Hi everyone, im in need of serious help. Hope you sifu's can assist.

I have a motorola xt720 (which isnt sold here i think) and have a problem getting past the password screen. No, i havent forgotten the pword but somehow the phone will just not accept my password. Based on your experience, can i do a hard reset? Ive removed the battery and put it back for a quick reset hoping that it was just a glitch but to no avail.

What do i do???

use the "Factory Data Reset". It will keep the Data on your SD-card. Ur phone should be clean and working again after that...

Btw, i cant even get past the password screen how to go into menu , settings etc to do factory reset???? Aiyohhhh tolonggggggg

check the xt thread for recovery reset button... and also start asking there instead of here hehe

is the phone by any chance rooted?

is the phone yours? hehe just kidding...

just go to xt720 own thread, look at the first page, u should find the guide to get into the recovery menu. just a matter of pressing some buttons on the phone.

Try while pressing power on, press the volume down together

try to ask around in the following link:

this is where all the xt720 user talk bout their phone. btw, xt720 is currently available in malaysia i think coz i saw some1 selling ori brightstar set in garage sales. good luck

I not sure it works ..

I tried with pattern b4 but if you keep on fail to entering your password.. in the end it will be a selection button for you to write ur Google Account.

After entering the information . It will reset the password.

For password , I cant think anyway
