yes they do sell tat too, i bought some time back for slightly less than rm50, if i'm not mistaken.
for u to use 5 in 1 pullup bar, u need to have thick enough door frame, otherwise it has nothing to cling on too. |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Nov 7 2010, 10:43 PM) yes they do sell tat too, i bought some time back for slightly less than rm50, if i'm not mistaken. My doorframe is not wide enough, don't think I can use the chin up bar like what TS posted..for u to use 5 in 1 pullup bar, u need to have thick enough door frame, otherwise it has nothing to cling on too. I need those kind like you have, the one that just one straight bar..where u got urs from? Will it damage the doorway paint after using it a while? |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Nov 8 2010, 04:53 PM) yes, some of the paint does come off. Oh I see, friction,I've always wondered how it works, how it manages to stick so well when our heavy body is pressing on it but i dun really give a damn lol. it's based on friction btw. tats y the paint comes off. Damn, that means I can't install it,I'm not allowed to if it corrodes the paint |

p90x chin up bar , if u wanna get it fast, buy from the seller, 2-3days it will arrive. if u order from china, it take 1 months or so , plus the shipping cost is not that low also. Added on November 14, 2010, 10:03 pmand screw the fitness concept, things that sell at there at least 50 more percent expensive than u buy from taobao or anywhere else. QUOTE(debbierowe @ Nov 16 2010, 01:08 PM) i wanna get one but it looks not firm & stable & safe at all clinging like that on the door? it wont fail if u got a thick door frame, in case u dont, u can install the j hook bracket , after u install it, u wont have to worry it will fall or fail unless ur weight over 230kg.will i fall the installation of the j bracket is kind of tricky, u will need a wall driller . http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1558964 u can always ask the seller to help u install the j bracket if he got the driller . |

Luckily there is an outside pull up bar inside my condo complex. Pull up's are such an under utilised exercise

It's in Damansara. I've been to the TTDI park but I can't imagine doing a good workout on those bars in the hot sun. My bars have some shade from the trees.
