Yeah, as the title suggests, has anyone ever mods their cm690 II advanced so it can accomodate long graphic cards? I love this casing, unfortunately can't housing long grphic card. Thanks

i think the only way is to cut off some of the HDD trays there. this u will hav to send it to the pro to do the cutting or else it will b ugly. juz my 2 cents.

690 II advanced dont need a cutting on the hdd trays(lower 4s) its plug n unplug type.. try to search how to remove it (no nid to do any cutting)

CM690 II Advance support HD5870. But end up nearing to hdd space about 2 cm or less...

i can fit in my Sapphire 5870 Vapor X with no problem and with about 4cm space for the power cables...
to remove the HDD tray..u need to unscrew a few nuts at the bottom.. not easy but u dont need to be a genius to do so... |
