or u can buy just a cheap sensor lamp, that turns on when the surrounding is dark...rm5 - 6 only i think... at jusco or any hardware shop got a lot... need to plug in to a power socket..that's all..

just add a good timer will do,don buy cheapo one, once install it work like magic, auto on and off. smile.gif I bought my timer for RM300.

ur bulb will burn out very fast if u are talking about those sensor type on and off compare to leaving it on for sometime say 7pm to 7am by using timer.

Go electrical shop and ask for timer wall mounted. The brand something like france or from europe. It has a backup battery in it. Cost about RM120. Very reliable. But you need to do wiring yourself. Or ask the electrical shop for help with some fee.

I have this 2 timer in my home. Last for over 10yrs and still working now. Very reliable.
