totally agree..they are blood sucking pricks..and they totally have no idea what is electro-harmonix...i mean that they are doing business,at least they gonna have a bit knowledge on gears..totally sucks that shop..they rather let the business slips away and won't tolerate or give discount..last time i had to get the other guitar shop acted on my behalf and get more discount...what the hell..the worst guitar store i have ever met..
