I think you should add Carismen Dolce at Hartamas Shopping centre into the list.
Boris Hague, a famous Luthier from Germany regularly goes there and stays in for up to 3 months a year. His apprentice, a Malay guy whom i have forgotten his name, lives there and he is the ONLY Luthier in all of Malaysia I would trust my violin and bow to.

Also, the boss himself is a Violinist and Guitarist so they sell many accessories and violins not found in Malaysia. For that reason, MPO players regularly frequent the store too. =)
