if they go the selfish route(which the panel claimed they should have done,because it IS a competition) then the panel will say leaders should take responsibility as it's their job to make sure the project/task succeeds.

the selfish leader would then be kicked out because he is an irresponsible person(example)

on the other hand, if the leader goes the honourable way, the panel will turn around and give the "this is still a competition" route.

the selfless leader would then be kicked out on the grounds that he is incompetent.

there's no way out..either route is a pitfall
