Hi everyone, just got my nexus one today and the previous owner have rooted it and install it with a custom rom.

My question is how do i go back to stock n1 rom? And where can i download the stock rom from?

i don't really like the interface of the MIUI rom and i would like to try the stock rom first before i go to custom rom.

so that's the reason i want to flash it back to stock ROM.

and 1 more thing, how do i go into recovery mode? and there are two types of recovery i found from the net, custom and stock. how do i revert back to stock receovery?

i kinda want my n1 to work like is the 1st time out of the box now. and mine is still lock bootloader.

well, i am not sure either.

Help guys, i tried so many times and i still can't have my n1 back to stock ROM.

Even tried to flash it from recovery mode but it just won't work.

thanks, i got it working d and now i am using stock 2.2 ROM.
i am using this RA recovery if i am not mistaken and i already have fastboot in my n1.

btw, what is radio and what custom ROM out there is the most stable so far?

so you are saying that if we flash the wrong radio, we might end up with useless phone?

so how do we know which radio is suitable for us?

will try cyanogen out once i have the chance.

I have a question. Is SPL on going to affect you when flashing ROM or recovery using fastboot? I keep getting verify signature failed when flash using fastboot command.

so any info on when r we going to get the update?

as a member of nexus family, i thought we could get the update as soon as they launch nexus s, now i have the feeling that they are abandoning us.
