Go to that link and select "Suggest" and suggest Singapore, they do a mighty fine job with Starhub giving TF2 players in most of SEA a place to play with relatively low ping.
They would be the best place for the SEA region anyway.

Added on November 4, 2010, 5:18 pmI should add that without doing this we will either have to play with 300-400 ping on American servers (really immature, I'm American and play on those when I'm back over the summer) or with 200-300 ping on Australian servers.

We may also get kicked for high ping.

I think the SEA location has been removed, went there and i don't see any link that suggest SEA to have the server.

Choose others and pick SEA.

GameServer is to be actually be blammed , look at the NA/SA American region , they have a lot , While European has same quantity whilst as Asian has only 3(For the moment ) , 2 in Aussie and 1 in Japan (BANZAI!) ...
It's their job to see the players requirement , but i would like to suggest you guys to go to http://www.gameservers.com/blackops/ and suggest a country in SEA to locate the server
