today went there, Studios 536sf sell at 576k, only pay RM20k for 10% (37k discount) until competion only start installment. Is it good to go??

i was there yesterday, seem still have many unit, the top 2 level (below Penthouse) all sold....

i decided to give up the purchase....i was supposed to pay booking on Saturday, but didnt go, the Sales guy told me last week he only hold for me until Sat, seem like very hot, but today he called me again ask me go pay tomorrow also can, seem like sales is slow...not as hot as he said...

why not? i am 34 now, i am an employee, not boss, my income is RM100k per month since 2011

haha, i m just an ordinary sales guy earning comission... not who who son....

my company product is used by mainly the oil and gas sector, last 2 year i secured an PO with RM80 millions, imagine that my com is 2.5%.... plus the other "lobang" , i do have an income of RM100k/month for since 2011.

even though before getting this big Order, my income was about RM15k per month, of course no PO no order no sales no $$$

i paid income tax 6 figure every year....

yes, no big order no big income....

this year my company also pay 8 months bonus to all staff.... due to that 80 million order i secured last 2 years. My company anual turn over only 18 millions, i 1 shot secured the 80 millions order, you can imagine....
