Went to visit some units here at Tower 1.

While the lake view (single floor one bedroom) units have semi KLCC view (sideways), I can't help but notice how hot the units are in the afternoon. I was there about 2pm and it was scorching hot and very noticeable traffic humm, this was from Level 20. Is this common here?

Saw another unit (duplex one bedroom) on high floor (Level 32) facing Plaza Ampang City and Ulu Klang, much quieter. Does that make much sense?
