How many lifts per block? Anyway, I think in order for this area to work... it needs some transformation... like Amint bro said maybe need MRT/Pavillion to help boost a bit.. immediate neighbour now looks old.

Actually I also checking out Maluri area... but Sunway Velocity so expensive cry.gif

Whats your opinion? I know you think this area saturated and over supply.. but I also think many area in Malaysia also oversupply due to the property boom and all the developers want a share of the cake... launching non stop.. so still need to do more research and get the right one ( I hope so tongue.gif ) ..
