So the so called missing station had not been announced? Or the station moved to somewhere? Unless the station moved to somewhere, the statement above is a only assumption basis.

In the coming months, there is little surprise if new completed unit having market value lower than buying price. I guess more people will sue developers for not meeting up market price later and the reason could be :: no MRT station, no supermarkets, lousy workmanship and etc.

The key point is also other developers also putting the same. Why say you for those cheras project where MRT2 final route not going the previous proposed route?

Furthermore, your assumption on MRT Circle line still not yet final. This I guess being first block purchaser I hope it will be as the same proposed route.

I had received the VP letter and so far MS had been consistent with their VP process and lay out the terms and condition clearly. For buyers, please do call office and some information posted are not correct.

Ur points noted. As u rightly pointed out the issues in Element. If u are tenant, would u go for element? Looking the surrounding? At least the first consideration will be given to M City.

Second point on traffic, jalan ampang is busy and it had been since donkey years. If u want a quiet place, obviously this is not the place for u. Thus, it is depend on ur investment game and strategy.

IoI do that, SEG did that and now set as price strategy. In fact all now using the same method. Anyway it is started by ms. The exact same situation on bank evaluation is happening in all projects now. It is not exclusive to GR. If the overall economic continue, it will become worse

U have yet seen the worst. Definitely not MS leading in the price increase and rebate. Others who are more desperate. All MS projects already achieve enough sales quota and only handful leftovers.

done key collection. Same procedures as GP. Not much defects. Facilities floors is impression. I think it may be the first Rock Climbing facility in Condo.
