I think these projects are sold overpriced at first place during the peak 2012.

But mcity + element total more than 2,500 units. Have to see the % versus overall supply to gauge the performance.

The biggest concern imo is the incoming supplies (Arte, astoria, d' rapport, neu suites etc) without any public transport (rumor mrt3 will be there), and no amenities upgrade.

not sure the reason why all these studios enter auction market.

If the owner couldn't flip it take just a minimal effort and $$$ to furnish it to be rented out.

That's the idea... To stop commercial Airbnb operators.

Unlikely can stop those owners who wish to operate themselves.
