What's problem with this prop ? Location wise should be suitable for rent or airbnb. I must be missing something.

Ps: just checked rm2500 for 10xx sf, very low rental.

10xx sf isn't bringing in as good rental. Lower sizes better return per sf.

Comparing the prices from the start till latest auction prices, actually not very different.

Along the way they increase the prices but I supposed it also comes with rebate. Some later posts mentioned about rebate 42%.

The true price is probably flat over the years.

That explains why this design does not get as good rental per sf when compared to smaller build up.

Normal 10xx sf can have 3 rooms already.
