sorry 2km i thought it was the "proposed" ampang point station for mrt3. ampang park is totally not walkable. try driving in peak hour it takes nearly 25 mins from mcity to Ampang park. you might as well head to maluri lol

1m for duplex i assume 800 sqft. at that price why not buy a normal 1+1 bedder in city area proper? i assume for the location transport is important - in city proper, puhlic transport is already ready not some rumoured mrt at ampang point or mrt at ampant park many years to come and ? minutes drive away (whats convenient about it then???). subsale also better so you dont need to worry about VP?

i am guessing the duplex concept is very enticing but...i don't see the practical points myself.

speaking as a almost-buyer of mcity very pissed that the price now is actually lower than when i booked. i thank god over n over again i failed to purchase

small point, ms took many months and many angry phonecalls to refund my deposit. cash strapped company (certainly not the only one)
