flip means fight with the king of discount developer. so u have to be the king of discount investor...LOL
*
I don't know if anyone can fight with 17% discount and 3 years interest free instalment. I guess the statement need to correct as others developer will follow soon.

Discount is from latest price which is higher than launch price so $$$ profit is still possible.
*
So at least someone know MS is not champion.

Wow! Great view bro. Above 20 or below 20 floor? Any idea when village Grocer is opening? I heard they actually bought the corner ground floor shop. Just a it worried about tenant mix as Mah Sing has fully sold all the shops. If it is left to owners to look for tenants, we may not be able to get the right mix and overall management of the shops can be challenging. Keeping my fingers crossed.
*
The deplux is the best I seen so far. Full height of 10.5' for lower and upper floor. Upper bedroom enough space and opening view is great for those ampang lake view.
Already other tenants from nearby asking and phase 2 by 3Q.

Yes they are in and taking the corner and few lots besides. All retails lots sold.

Full height 10.5' is nice for viewing but not when time for cleaning and buying window curtain.
*
I guess nobody would want low ceiling. Curtains and blinds is small cost compare the expansive view u get. Anyway I think the build and quality should silence the critics.

jack up selling price is useless as banks wont support the value. nasty horizons.
*
These nasty horizons will happen in others projects soon. Bank value not matching selling price is already a norm since last 2 years. There is no need to emphasize here. If you think this is the case, the worst yet to come..in others project. It is that bad now..

There lots more project outside more dire and desperate than M City.

Not many developer will pay that amount of lad. I got to say everything is done properly.

There those simply critics not knowing the true.

Haha just because a responsible developer pays LAD and you got a less defect unit, that makes MCITY a viable and investable project?

Right
*
There wasn't any suggestion that it is investable project. Coz overall market is tough. But it does suggest those critics that they may not have the right info and most of the time, they always say heard someone say.

There are people who just do not like to hear good things about M City. Let the sour grapes remain sour. As an early buyer of M City, I am happy with my unit and the treatment from Mah Sing. Whether I can rent it out or sell with a profit is a different story. It may end up to be a not so good investment in bad times like now but Facts remain facts that the quality of M City is generally good and Mah Sing is being responsible, at least from my own experience.
*
That really is the key point. Those keep bashing MS in fact are not MS buyers. I wonder how can they so convince their info is correct.

I had purchased so far, 3 properties from MS and I do get a satisfied end products and it wasn't what earlier those say MS will deliver unfurnished products, half complete hall way, lift not functioning.

Now the truth appear, they go hiding. U may surprise to see they also got many stars too. But then it does not make them any better.

Really? But some of the owners here are very satisfied with their vp.. How is the noise from the highway bro? Can you hear it or its soundproofed
*
Mine facing lake and road noise is low as insulation is good. From what I know, those level 7 at garden level and there are not suppose to have roof.

As for VP condition, if MS is taking the job then at least u will get this rectify.

It is not smart design as far I can tell. As I am experiencing it my self. Without roof your balcony simply be come a rubbish location. Anyone from above your floor throw something out of their window its going fall right on your balcony. So it is indeed a stupid design. I did not expect this from Mahsing, it is completely sucks.
*
When u make the purchase, didnt u notice there is no roof?? In this case, i believe the developer if they agree to provide a canopy, it is a kind gesture. Till now i did not come across any condo developer who will provide balcony roof at their garden unit!!

I knew it and however the unit price at ground floor is more pricey thus it is out of my range.

This property is ours third property...not kiasu ok
when handling they promise will done it in one week or two...so we accept it.
Then u thought it is  just a little defect...then wish u next times u brought a units with the same matter...just see u got what feel and hope u got patiently wait lo.
*
Well I am surprised indeed. I would thought with that level of experience in property investment, one should have be more thorough and not after event.

Putting others into a bad scenario certainly do not shown good character.

Could mean glass used is too thin, couldn't take wind load, vibration or movement. After replacement, unless thicker glass is used, likely to crack again.
*
Absolute no case to say it is too thin.
