Did any of you recommended your friends to buy N8 and did they buy one?
One of my clients successfully persuade her cousin to buy one to take pic n video of her child upon seeing me showing her the photo quality. That of course without really testing anything else but camera. But most important is that I know the OS was not of any importance to them cos they dont use it much really.
However, when my friend rang me yesterday and ask me BB 9700 vs N8... I was completely silence... those who would use the mails, messaging and phone very often, what would you tell them?

Every now n then also see fcam + N8. I don't know what kind of godly pic you can take with N8. I only wish they could at the very least give me a portrait keyboard and a new goddamn web browser.

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Nov 5 2010, 11:17 PM) If u notice the photo didnt state taken by Nokia N8. Its not taken by phone That was wicked... I must say... I thought impossible on N8. None of my son pic were that sharp... it could only focus onto one point on face detection and Im guessing its the eyes because only the eyes looks sharp while the rest looks slightly blur.

QUOTE(fullmetalneko @ Nov 6 2010, 06:34 PM) Hi all...just got my N8 yesterday and sad to say I spent more time switching the phone on and off after it hung for a number of times than actually using it. Phone hung twice while I was transferring files via Bluetooth from my old phone (Nokia 5800) and once when I opened an image file I transferred. Every time it hung it seems to take longer to restart the phone compared to the previous incident. Anyone facing this problem? Hung once when opening mp3 sent over via bluetooth.

QUOTE(stimix @ Nov 9 2010, 07:09 AM) Haha.I LOL at the title "LG L-03C, PROBABLY THE BEST CAMERA PHONE YOU'LL NEVER SEE" Need to check the sensor size 2st. Anyway those beast actualy Digicam wth phone function.. So expecting having more digicam function compare to the basic functionality of N8..Well I'm abit dissapointed wth N8 cam function actually...damn basic 3x optical zoom.. N8 got bor? Sometimes quite frustrated with the light sensor. Took my friend pic at night and the light sensor dim the screen so much till can't see the quality. When I came home, look at it again only realised not the flash not strong but the screen was too dim. This post has been edited by andrekua: Nov 9 2010, 07:19 AM
