Hehehee , received 2 calls from Nokia just now. 1 was from JB's NCC , the other one was from Nokia HQ . I guess Nokia really do take emails / actions seriously.

The call from NCC an indian woman called and she talk like .. Wtf? Like speaking tamil almost hung up but didn't , roughly knew what she's trying to say.

The 2nd call from Nokia HQ was another woman , sweet voice but due to stupid lousy phone i'm using now , reception and voice quality macam taik. Abit hear abit cannot hear ...

Anyway , although the expected call was late but at least it was done . They called me to make a visit the NCC 2moro.

So if you are seeing this , Thanks to Nokia , Radiance and the ones who called me . Especially the Nokia HQ one

Dead n8 lo. Contacted via email which Radiance reply on behalf of Nokia Malaysia. She said someone from NCC would call me today by 5pm but called me up at 7pm

Never mind la , at least they called up and somemore Nokia HQ called , very unexpected call . The woman's voice damn sui !

Yeah , even Nokia HQ called after NCC call.

P/s : The woman claimed she's from Nokia HQ called with her mobile , so i could anytime ...

Okays , but mine i also tak tau mau buat apa after that because that HQ girl said something awhile back but didn't hear it cuz it was like *hear a bit then cannot hear* so i just say yes yes .. LOL!

Difference is BIG! Screen is small , colors are crap and the worst thing is it failed to ring alarm this morning resulting of me didn't go to school.

Hehehe , i'm wondering why NCC called me up just now . I mean , is their service that good to call every single customers that have problems with their phones?
Or they simply get a scolding from their higher ups for not calling me by 5pm and not doing their job.

And i just diao the NCC girl just now , she said "So Mr. xxx , are you going to send your nokia n8 today?" (This is where i wondered why they so good called me up again ) and i told her , i'm not going because if i went there with your centre without having any repair parts , how are we going to get my phone repaired?

So she said "I will try to get the parts from Nokia this year or so." (I was like wtf?)

After all , she just wants confirmation , if i were to go or not. Looks like i'm gonna type another email to Nokia

My father said no parts go there for what? So i also bo pian wait lo , but i have just emailed to Nokia/Radiance about the matter.
Waiting for her reply .
