O.O me still not use to using N8 to online..u use opera or just the normal web browser?

if u stand at open sky without obstruction of any kind and no signal means gps module got problem but it also depending on your setting. If i-gps is not ticked u wont get signal too.

this is misleading, whether it's unlimited data plan or pay-as-you-use data, it is still data plan and A-GPS use it in order to get the position
